A cooperative that recognizes the contribution of women producers, 32% of its total members, in the coffee value chain. Growing coffee in Tarrazú is an art that is passed down from generation to generation. Women coffee growers carefully select the ripe fruits. After that, a delicate and meticulous process begins: pulping, fermentation and washing are carried out, which eliminates the pulp and mucilage from the bean. Later, the beans are dried in the sun, classified by size and density and bagged for distribution.
