Shipping Policy

We are happy to ship our products to you throughout Spain, Portugal and the rest of the European Union. Below we provide you with important information about prices and delivery times, which will be automatically calculated when you enter your address during the checkout process.

Important: Your postal code is essential to ensure a successful delivery. Make sure you enter it correctly to avoid inconveniences. In case you are not at home during delivery, we recommend using the alternative options offered by the carrier.

If your address is correct and you still cannot locate your package, do not hesitate to contact us at cafesdelamejorcalidad@gmail.com with your order number.

Customs Fees: For shipments to Spain and countries in the European Union, you will not have to pay additional customs fees. Currently, we do not ship internationally outside the European Union.

Shipping Fees

• Spain: €4.99 for orders under €40; free shipping for orders over €40.
• Mainland Portugal: €5.99 for all orders.
• Rest of the European Union: €14.99 for orders under €40; €9.99 for orders between €40 and €80; €6.99 for orders over €80.

We strive to prepare your orders within 48 hours of issuing them. The estimated shipping time varies depending on the destination address: generally between 2 and 5 business days for Spain, 4-5 days for mainland Portugal and around 8 days for the rest of the European Union.

We work with transport companies such as Correos and UPS, and we do not rule out the possibility of collaborating with other services in the future. In the case of international shipments, the service may be transferred to local companies in the destination country. If your shipment includes tracking, you will receive a link by email once your order has been shipped.
