Return and exchanges policy
We want you to enjoy your experience with us, so here is our returns and exchanges policy:
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or returns on coffee bags. However, if you have any issues with your order, please feel free to contact us at cafesdelamejorcalidad@gmail.com and we will do our best to find a solution.
In the unlikely event that products are returned, this must occur within a maximum period of 14 days and the costs will be borne by the customer. The product must be sent to the address that we will provide you.
We only offer refunds to customers who receive damaged packages and can prove and document it. In that case, please send a message to cafesdelamejorcalidad@gmail.com with as much documentation as possible about the shipment, photos of the damaged package and a description of the problem.
