Subscriptions: general terms and conditions
These terms and conditions apply to recurring subscriptions to products offered under this subscription model, without prejudice to the general policies published on this website.
Subscription benefits
Subscription orders offer additional discounts on the current purchase price for scheduled shipments of subscription products. The applicable discount varies and cannot be combined with other promotions offered for subscription products.
Scope of Application
Only products sold by "Orígenes. Cafés de especialidad" that offer this option on the product page are eligible for subscription benefits.
The subscription offer may change over time.
To access subscription products, you must be registered on this website.
The subscription is personal and cannot be assigned or transferred to a third party, nor can it be associated with any benefits.
Purchase process and product availability
Once you subscribe to our product newsletters, you will automatically receive each newsletter at your selected frequency, without any further action required on your part.
“Orígenes. Cafés de especialidad” reserves the right to modify, with prior notice, elements of its commercial policy, including prices, discounts, and product availability.
Each newsletter associated with a subscription will be subject to the subscription terms and conditions and the product characteristics in effect at the time of processing.
Before each newsletter, we will send you an order confirmation email, which will include the order details and instructions for canceling or modifying it (hereinafter, the “Order Confirmation”).
If any product is unavailable on the scheduled delivery date, we will inform you of the delay and arrange for the shipment to be sent within a maximum of two weeks from the initially scheduled delivery date.
Prices, payment and renewal
The total amount charged to your card for each subscription order will be the current product price (including applicable indirect taxes), less any applicable discounts applied at the time of order processing, as indicated in the Order Confirmation.
Temporary discounts and special offers do not apply to subscription products. To benefit from these promotions, you must first cancel the subscription for the corresponding product.
Cancellation or modification of a subscription
Subscriptions will remain active until canceled. The cost of each subscription order will be automatically charged to the payment method you used when creating the subscription.
"Orígenes. Cafés de especialidad" reserves the right to cancel your subscription if it is not possible to process the charge to the provided payment method.
You can modify or cancel your subscriptions at any time. However, cancellation or modification will not affect orders for which an Order Confirmation has already been sent. You can find instructions on how to cancel your subscriptions in the Your Account section.
“Orígenes. Cafés de especialidad” may also unilaterally cancel a subscription. In such a case, we will inform you of the cancellation, and you will only be charged for orders for which shipping confirmations have already been sent.
If you cancel a subscription and later reactivate it, the discount applied may differ from the one in effect at the time of cancellation. The new discount will be applied to future shipments of the product.
If any issues arise related to your shipping address, account, or payment method that we are unable to resolve, we will notify you via email to the address associated with your account. Until the problem is resolved, no new subscriptions will be processed or shipped.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We may modify these terms and conditions at any time by publishing the updated version on “Orígenes. Cafés de especialidad” website.
Changes are considered accepted if you continue to maintain an active subscription after publication. If you do not agree with the changes, you must cancel your subscription in "Your Account" section.
