An example of the traditional natural process, this coffee has been dried for 32 days on raised beds protected from the weather in a greenhouse.

Grown in the Madriz region of Nicaragua, famous for its premium coffees. The altitude, vulcanic soil and tropical climate create the perfect conditions for growing beans that have won over the palates of coffee lovers around the world.

The Union of Agricultural Cooperatives (UCA) supports its members and producers with quality services and advice, always with a strong social and environmental commitment. From cultivation to marketing, they guarantee certified coffee and other products that not only meet high standards but also improve the quality of life of members and their families.
